Minutes of the meeting of the Scrutiny Committee on Technical
Evaluation of the Responses received against the Expression of
Interest issued under no. F.22-3(3)/For-JBIC/I&P/07/GIS/ dated
10th November, 08 for preparation of the Project Area
Map through GIS technology held on the 08th
January’2009 at 3.30 P.M. at Agartala.

Proceedings:
· The
Committee has analyzed the criterion of technical evaluation of
the Responses (bids) and respective weightages.
·The
technical proposals were analyzed and accordingly scores were
assigned to the Firms and bidders were ranked accordingly.
·Based
on the Scores, with reference to the selection criterion for
technical evaluation, the committee has shortlisted bids of the
top four Firms (placed seriatim) with higher scores, keeping
the score of 5.5 as the cut-off mark :

above mentioned top 4 short-listed bidders immediately for
opening of the financial bids and making a Technical
