“I am indeed happy to know that a Newsletter is being launched by the Project Management unit of the JBIC Project shortly. I welcome this endeavour and wish it a success. The JBIC Project is timely one and would go a long way in meeting the much – needed requirements that the modern day conservation efforts of natural resources call for. With the implementation of the project, the department is expected to be better equipped to face the emerging challenges.

The Project aims at improving the livelihood opportunities of the people of the state and it is for their betterment that the Project has been formulated. The people, therefore, will need to be made conversant with the components of the project and programmes made from time to time. I hope that the Newsletter will act as the medium on constant basis for the same. I congratulate the Chief Executive Officer & Project Director and his entire team of Officers for the good work done and I request them to keep it up.”
