Memorandum
 

The undersigned is directed to constitute a committee in the Project Management Unit with the following Officers to assess the requirement of furniture, work stations etc. which are required to be procured for use in the PMU buildings under construction at Agartala, Kumarghat and Udaipur.
The Committee shall examine and recommend the scale of furniture, number, type of furniture required to be used in the rooms of the officers and staff as also price and make with a view to procure the same from the market,
1. Director (M&E) - Chairman
2. Director (A&F) - Member
3. Addl. Director (HRD & Training)- Member
4. Addl. Director (E A & M)- Member Secretary
The procurement Specialist of the PMC shall be Invitee in the Committee. The Committee shall submit its report within 30 days from the date of issue of this memorandum.
